Store Support Hardware TechnicianApex Systems is looking for a qualified individual to fill an immediate opening for Store Support Hardware Technician position. Please see the job description below for details of the role.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Verifies store equipment is prepared and ready to be shipped out daily based on SLAs.Maintains, monitors and tracks all new and refurbished equipment, evaluates and repairs equipment as necessary.Images and Stages POS equipment according to documented processes and business requirements.Monitors electronic movement of IT hardware inventory using Jira as well as the physical movement of equipment throughout the DC. Performs all warranty services, testing and repairs for store hardware including but not limited to tablets, mobile handheld devices, printers, receipt printers, scanners, POS, Computers, etc.Researches and investigates inventory inaccuracies and unreturned hardware equipment to keep control of all hardware assets.Additional duties and projects as required.Qualifications:1 - 2 years' experience with applied PC repair experience in Help Desk or Service Center focusing mainly on IT hardware testing andor IT inventory control
