The salary is 185k to 225k + bonusHybrid positionSeeking a hands-on Head of Business Analysis - Equities & OMS in the asset management industry. In this role, you will lead a team of analysts while driving the optimization of our equity order management systems (OMS) and improving overall business processes.Key Responsibilities:Mentor and develop a team of business analysts.Must have Equity Order Management Systems (OMS), such as Bloomberg Trade Order Management Solutions (TOMS), Charles River Development, FIS Front Arena, Eze Software, Linedata Longview OMS, ION Trading, FlexTrade, Order Management System by Calypso, SS&C Advent, Citi's Equities OMS, Tradestation, Murex, Refinitiv (formerly Thomson Reuters), Luminex, Fidelity's Wealthscape, Cimpress OMS.Oversee and enhance the performance of our equity OMS, ensuring it meets business needs and optimizes trading activities.Identify opportunities for process improvements across various functions, leveraging data analysis and industry best practices to drive efficiencies.Utilize SQL to analyze and interpret data, providing actionable insights that inform decision-making and strategy.Act as a liaison between traders, portfolio managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and effective communication.Actively engage in projects, contributing your technical expertise while leading the team through challenges and opportunities.Qualifications:15+ years of business analysis experience, as well as experience in the asset management sector, with a strong focus on equity order management systems.Proven experience as a Business Analyst.Experience in leading teams, with a commitment to developing talent and driving performance.Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., OFACFinCEN) is a plus, but the primary focus will be on operational excellence and system optimization.Proficient in SQL, with the ability to leverage data for strategic insights and process improvements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.# 24-03953
