This innovative platform is built on trust, transparency, and fun, featuring grading & authentication, vaulting, and digital pack openings for collectors to build and showcase their collections in a personalized online showroom from anywhere in the world.Role Overview:The Digital Marketing Manager at Arena Club will manage and optimize marketing strategies to ensure successful drops twice a week. The primary responsibility is to drive aggressive month-over-month sales growth through digital marketing tactics like influencer partnerships, email marketing, and PPC advertising.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with brand and digital teams across all business areasCoordinate with departments like product development, sales, and customer service for marketing alignmentAnalyze sales performance and provide detailed insights for strategic decisionsWork with creative leads to develop marketing campaigns aligned with the brand's visionCreate data-driven reports to improve future marketing effortsIdentify and implement site optimization opportunities to boost user experience and conversion ratesManage the production of high-quality creative deliverables for campaignsCoordinate with designers, influencers, and external partners to ensure timely project deliveryPlan and execute go-to-market strategies, including customer journey mappingManage a testing roadmap to catch errors before launchOversee asset creation and management for activations, ensuring alignment with campaign goalsQualifications:5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on driving sales and growthProven experience in digital marketing and e-commerceExtensive experience with Google Analytics and other analytical toolsTrading card collector or hobbyist (preferred)Follows major US professional sports (NBA, NFL, & MLB)Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data insightsExcellent collaboration and communication skillsCreative mindset with the ability to execute compelling marketing strategiesAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience managing freelancers and third-party vendors
