Valuation Analyst, AVP

Prestigious PE firm with over 150 entities is looking for an AVP for their Valuations group. Reports to the head of Valuations and Finance,This position will perform:Calculation analyses on pe, debt and real estate investments.Create reports of investment valuations points and conclusions, and will help build financial models for discounted cashflow, trading multiples and option pricings.Deliver business calculations for portfolio companies, identify discrepancies, risks or any other issues and address them as deemed appropriate.Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of related experience, particularly in valuations of real estate, intangible assets and purchase price allocations. Big 4 advisory or similar alternative asset experience require. Should be familiar with Fixed Income products and have strong modeling skillsGreat team with collegial work environment
