Their mission is to simplify sleep medicine and make it more widely available, improving health outcomes for countless individuals.Position Overview:As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving patient referrals by building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers. Your primary focus will be on establishing and growing partnerships with primary care physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals who refer patients for sleep care.Location: This is a full-time position for candidates based in Northwest Los Angeles, CA.Key Responsibilities:Identify Potential Partners: Research and identify healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, specialists, clinics, and local health organizations, to establish referral partnerships.Establish Partnerships: Promote the client's sleep care solutions to potential partners and foster strong, collaborative relationships to meet referral targets.Enhance Provider Engagement: Develop strategies to engage and retain partners, encouraging consistent patient referrals.Monitor and Report Performance: Track the effectiveness of partnerships and provide insights to guide internal strategy and decision-making.Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure alignment with company goals and drive results.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).3-5 years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, sales, or provider relations.Experience in digital health or sleep care is a plus.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis software.Knowledge of healthcare systems and the referral process.Benefits:Health Coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.Remote Work: Flexible work-from-home policy.Paid Time Off: Generous PTO and holiday schedule.
