POSITION OBJECTIVEJ.D. Beam is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. Reporting directly to the Project Executive and Market Leader, this role will involve supporting them and the team by overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects. Beam.POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain overall project schedule, with primary responsibility for meeting committed delivery dates.Problem-solve efficiently, maintaining clear communication with Beam team members, design consultants, subcontractors, and owners.Manage all contracts, including owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.Effectively manage the budget to drive positive job-level margins in line with award goals, using provided management tools for accurate tracking.Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to plans and specifications.Lead all job meetings and manage RFIs or other related project management tools.Promote and represent the company positively to all parties, including owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, inspectors, and others.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED5-10 years of Commercial Construction Project Manager ExperiencePreferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent petent in budget management, contract negotiation, and CPM Schedule WritingExperience in Pull Planning and LEAN SchedulingPreferred proficiency in Viewpoint or ProcoreStrong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Possesses a self-driven mindset, allowing for effective performance under pressure while consistently meeting deadlines.
