Bid Invites Request for proposals Set up site visits- Schedule site visits, collect notes ,and send to the estimator for pricing.review all Bid documents (sent by emails or 3rd party system), pull out necessary pages for Anthony and Jeff to review for pricing Type proposals by using correct format, wording, and send to the client for review,acceptanceRevise proposals as necessary. If the GC issues us a contract, follow to the next step.ContractsAgreements Reviews: check all verbiage for Scope of Work to see if they match our Proposal verbiage (Includes & Excludes); make sure the rest of theContractAgreement's verbiage does not state anything that would not be in NYI's favor.Follow up with Clients for a copy of the fully executed Contract or executed ProposalCreate job on and drive follow next step. InsuranceCOIs: Review insurance section from clients contract or request COI requirements from client. Send it to our broker for review and request COI.Forward the finalized marked-up Insurance copy to the Client for their reviewapproval.Everday tasksUpdate as necessary as each job progresses. Assist clients on all inquiries related to each project Delegate messages from clients to the correct departmentsSkills required:Proficiency in G Suite: Extensive experience with Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Meet, with a particular emphasis on Gmail. (Sometimes we take this for granted and we come to find the hard way how many people are not very well versed at this)Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF management, as well as experience with Docusign.Administrative Skills: Ability to type up proposals, estimates, and letters to clients, and update data on spreadsheets.Multitasking Ability: Proven capability to handle changing priorities and work within deadlines, including answering phones, typing proposals, scheduling meetings and site visits, and confirming schedules daily.Ability to respond to all inquiries professionally and promptly.Professionalism in handling multi-line phone systems and ensuring all calls are returned.A strong background in construction is preferred.Ability to communicate, correspond, and follow up with owners, construction managers, general contractors,subcontractors, and vendors.Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management software like is a plus but not required.Long term opportunity candidates: We are specifically looking for candidates who view this as a long-term opportunity, rather than a transitional job.
