Candidates should have experience in integrating and refining architecture designs aligned with business goals and be skilled in collaborating across stakeholders to apply architectural principles consistently. This role involves providing technical expertise, influencing business strategies, and contributing to the IT strategy and roadmap to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.What the right candidate will enjoy!The ability to work 2 days remotely per week!Company 401k with matching!Relocation assistance offered!Working with a forward-thinking team in a dynamic industry!Opportunities for professional development and career growth!Experience of the right candidate:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or in lieu of a degree, at least 13 years of experience in IT.10-12 years of experience in the specific domain and designing solutions.Proven track record in designing and architecting complex systems at the functional or enterprise level.Expertise in technology integration and the design of interfaces between systems. Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Proven track record in working with enterprise application integration and service-oriented architecture.Extensive knowledge of existing and emerging enterprise architecture principles, policies, standards, and frameworks.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Added bonus if you have:10+ years of experience architecting solutions for creating, storing, managing and accessing data assets.10+ years of experience creating and optimizing data models to enforce business rules, assist solution architects, and connect data throughout an enterprise.10+ years of experience data management including database design, data integration, operational data stores, data lakes and data warehouses.Proven experience with data governance and quality frameworks including data standards, data catalogs, and master data management.Experience with software design approaches such as Domain Driven Design and modern data architecture approaches such as data fabric, data mesh or data marketplaces.TOGAF Certification.Responsibilities of the right candidate:Integrate and refine architecture designs that align with the organization's business goals.Leverage expertise in domain-driven design principles to improve conceptual and logical models, advocating for their organization-wide adoption.Create detailed execution plans to implement solution designs, ensuring consistency and compliance with architectural principles and fluence business strategies by providing insights on how updated delivery capabilities can drive business goals.Foster collaboration among various stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of architectural principles.Provide technical expertise and training to empower technical teams in implementing solution designs.Drive strategic communication regarding technical considerations and impacts to stakeholders.Maintain strong business networks to ensure alignment between business operations and IT strategy.Contribute to the development of the overall IT strategy and roadmap, proposing innovative solutions that drive business goals.Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to help the organization maintain a competitive advantage.
