The primary responsibilities include:Consult with clients to understand needs and objectivesDevelop custom solutions and advise clients on best practices in risk identification, risk mitigation, safety management strategies, and return to work processes.Implement programs using generally accepted project management and consulting practicesDevelop and conduct management and employee training programsConduct loss analysis & trending to identify client focus areasPerform auditsassessments at client sitesDevelopmanage relationships with insurance carrier and vendor partnersProvide oversight of insurance carrier activities on client's behalfSupport national and regional service goalsDevelop client facing consulting materials such as bulletins, training materials, stewardship reports, loss analyses, safety programs and policiesAct as liaison between regional risk services leadership and office leadershipWork alongside fellow regional and national consultants collaborativelyRequired ExperienceKey Requirements:Ideally minimum of 5 years' experience as a safetyriskloss control consultant in the insurance broker or carrier environments, or in a role primarily dedicated to safety and health.Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety or related disciplineCompletion of ARM and CSP or similar professional designations is desirableStrong knowledge or OSHA and DOT requirements is desirableExperience evaluating property risk is desirableKnowledge of claims management processes and workers compensationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh degree of self-motivation and disciplineAbility to travel and work beyond normally scheduled workweek as necessaryCompensation & Benefits:HUB will offer a competitive compensation & benefits package commensurate with the candidate's abilitiesJOIN OUR TEAMDo you believe in the power of innovation, collaboration, and transformation?
