We manufacture water-efficient products including flush valves, electronic faucets, soap dispensing and sink systems along with vitreous china fixtures for commercial, industrial and institutional markets worldwide.Sloan has an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager based out of our Chicago, IL office. The Senior Project Manager leads strategic programs and projects that support execution of our New Product Development & Innovation roadmaps. Supporting full development projects that may include both internal engineering & internal cross-functional teams in addition to co-development activities with third parties. Ensures timely and accurate completion of assigned duties and responsibilities of the team members to meet the ProjectProgram deliverables and executive leadership expectations. Leads andor participates in managing project implementation, scope, timelines, budgets, product quality and communicates the project status, risk and issues associated. Ensuring that strategic projects & initiatives business objectives are achieved as defined, within budget, on time and delivering the expected result(s) that were outlined in the business case.Responsibilities:Leads cross functional and consultantcontractor team members assigned during the duration of a project to ensure timely & accurate completion of project deliverables. This could potentially include the development of Statements of Work associated with 3rd party vendorpartners and consultantscontractors specific to the deliverables of the Project.Leads activities required to complete project documents: plan(s) & schedule(s), charterstructure, rolesresponsibilities, scope, budget(s), project ROI including on-going operating costs and resource requirements.Develops project cost estimates and overall budget for assigned itiate potential cost control measure to ensure project budgets are municates project status to team and stakeholders throughout the duration of the assignment and post implementation to make certain all impacted functional teams and stakeholders have an understanding of risks, issues, and activities related to the project.Obtains appropriate level of approval for all project documentation to ensure understanding of expectations amongst all stakeholders.Provides leadership, coaching and guidance on a continuous basis to other project team members in the areas of project lifecycle, operating procedures, processes and practices.Ensures that the project management organization is consistent in their project management support.Creates risk management plans to identify, analyze, monitor and respond to risks associated with the project to ensure ability to achieve expected outcomes on time and on budget.Review the operational and engineering aspects of the project to assure compliance with project objectives. This includes participating in design reviews, project risk assessment, design FMEA, process FMEA, and other commercialization activities as required.Responsible for revenue or cost responsibility between $1M and $5M per project.
