SuperintendentPosition OverviewThe Superintendent oversees the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, and liaising with stakeholders to deliver successful residential high-rise developments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all on-site construction activities for high-rise, multi-family residential projects.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.Monitor project schedules and budgets, reporting on progress and addressing any issues that arise.Utilize project management software like Procore and MS Project to track project metrics and timelines.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications.Implement best practices for construction processes and team collaboration.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in high-rise or multi-family constructionStrong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standardsProficiency in project management software, especially Procore and MS ProjectExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferredBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
