IT SPECIALISTSummaryAn IT Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the technology infrastructure of an organization. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring network security, performing system upgrades, and providing technical support to end-users. The IT Specialist also helps implement technology solutions to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.Responsibilities Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including PCs, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, operating systems, software, and hardwareUtilizes the company's proprietary WMS, ERP, and TMS systems to provide the utmost support for end users.Collaborates with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievementsSupports the warehouse operations via assisting call-ins or live chat with technical difficultiesConfigures and maintains network hardware, such as routers, switches, WLCs, and cablesReview diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systemsProvides user educationtraining and reference materials for users by drafting operation instructionsOther duties and tasks as assigned by the IT LeaderKey Performance Indicators:Bachelor's degree in IT related field or an equivalent combination of education and experiencesExcellent hardwaresoftware troubleshooting, problem-solving and diagnosis skillsComfortable working in and assisting others through remote access desktop programs.Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOSExperience with 3PL products including warehouse management systems, transportation, and order management systems or ERP preferred.A working knowledge of DC operational practices and procedures, and a good understanding of Supply Chain and WMS concepts preferredExperience with networking hardware and concepts such as DNS, DHCP, OSI Model and TCPIPBilingual Preferred (Korean & English)Some travel may be requiredBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, AD&D, 401K, and PTOs paid holidaysJob Type: Full-time, RegularWork Location: 111 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632Business Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM
