Preconstruction Manager

Senior Pre-Construction Manager for a GC that builds large-scale ground-up & renovation projects in the Raleigh, NC area.**About the Job**You would interact with the Director of Precon in pursuing new work through collaboration with owners, design consultants, & colleagues on construction projects throughout conception, design & budget development with positive results. You would be responsible for accurate quantity surveys, developing business relationships, romancing subs & vendors, and responding to RFPs.
