With a team of more than 300 professionals our Client Company invests across asset classes including private equity, public equity and venture capital, and leverages the firm's shared platform to capture opportunities in strategic areas of focus.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for monitoring all voluntary and mandatory corporate actions, including but not limited to exchanges, consents, tenders, puts, calls, stock splits, mergers, spin-offs, and teract with Portfolio Management Groups to ensure all necessary elections are received and acted upon accordingly.Ensure all necessary corporate action instructions are issued and acknowledged by custodians and counterparties within the required deadlines.Ensure accurate processing of all corporate actions on internal systems and ensure accurate postings for trading and Portfolio Management reporting.Manage any queries received from various internal and external parties.Support SOC 1 (formerly SAS 70) requirements for the Operations TeamsDESIRED BACKGROUNDEDUCATION1-2 years of experience performing similar corporate actions duties for a buy side asset managerKnowledge of global fixed income and equity securitiesKnowledge of taxable and non-taxable transaction processingExperience using BloombergStrong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and tradingExperience in Advent Geneva preferredWell-rounded candidates preferred who are able to effectively manage a high-volume, client facing function.
