Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for the role, Vice President, Fundraising & Investor RelationsDescription:This critical hire will serve as a quarterback of the function and be viewed as a key point person by both internal and external stakeholders as crucial driver of fundraising activities, product strategy and development, and investor communications.This person will be responsible for the execution of fundraising and investor relations across all current and future strategies. Shehe will manage an imminent institutional fundraising campaign, and work on strategic positioning and effective communications of the firm's messages, performance, and branding to all external stakeholders. Knowledge of the private markets industry, excellent project management and organizational skills are required.Capital Formation & FundraisingResponsible for helping in the production of fundraising materials & marketing documentsrelated to a fundraise (including PPM, collateral material, fund documentation, marketing plans, due diligence data, etc.)Help lead & drive fundraising strategyexecution that includes preparation for and oversee onsite and virtual due diligence sessionsInvestor RelationsProvide an excellent overall experience for their LPsLead investor communication activities including drafting, reviewing and enhancing the Firm'smarketing materialsTake lead in developing new content and materials in partnership with the Investment TeamOngoing workflow for both internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with the Finance, Legal, Compliance and Data teamsQualificationsA minimum of 7 years of professional work experienceAt least 5 years (most recently) of directly relevant and successful fundraisinginvestor relations experience, either in an in-house capacity andor as a third-party placementDirect experience with long-duration, illiquid private markets investment strategies is requiredExperience working with investors and understanding investor objectivesA record of recent success in raising capital through institutions, consultants, family offices, both domestic and internationalA history of maintaining high standards of service excellence with both existing clients and prospective investorsSE# 510669558
