* Location: Onsite in Glendale, CA (3 days per week: Tuesday-Thursday).* Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Contract Position: 12 Months Pay: Up to $34.66 an hour W2Position OverviewThe Engagement Marketing Coordinator will support the Engagement Marketing team in driving user engagement and retention. This role involves building and managing email campaigns, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Campaign Management: Build and manage email newsletter campaigns for the US and Canada.Project Support: Assist the Manager of Engagement Marketing with various projects, including campaign work and reporting.Collaboration: Work with creative, operations, and legal teams to create email campaigns.Ticket Management: Open design tickets for creative assets and manage operations tickets in project management systems like Jira.Quality Assurance: Thoroughly QA all email campaigns to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.Asset Management: Organize and traffic creative assets for campaigns and maintain the Air Table calendar.Experience:Must have 1 year of relevant marketing experience (email or social).Bachelor's degree from an accredited universitySkills:Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Attention to detail and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
