We are seeking a dynamic Account Supervisor to join our growing team. At Nectar, the role of Account Supervisor (AS) stretches in all directions and is responsible for both client and Nectar success. We are looking for diligence, creativity, flexibility and process. We operate in a casually Flexible RemoteHybrid working environment, but we are very serious about producing quality work and unparalleled results. As part of a team where our individual job titles mean very little and quality of work means everything, you will be held accountable to a high standard and expected to pitch in where needed across the board.What You'll Do:In this role, you'll be a critical part of the Nectar team. You will lead accounts. You will be a mentor. You will be a role model. You are professional. You are creative. You can spell. You are paranoid in that useful, lovable way that some communications professionals call "˜detail-oriented.' You will work closely with senior leadership to make sure Nectar is moving in the right direction and all work meets our high standards. As an AS you will autonomously run client PR programs, setting and reaching goals, working directly with clients to define and obtain success, and continuously working to keep the Nectar partners informed of what's happening across the team and accounts. You will let your consulting abilities shine, you are making decisions for your programs and conviction is key. You will possess a thorough understanding of your clients' business and causes as well as that of the competition, and will always be one step ahead.Your versatility and team spirit will come into play as you'll be expected to take part in recruiting and new business outreach, as well as assisting with evaluations and client billing.
