RF Mechanical Engineer II Raytheon is seeking a talented Engineer to join our RF Mechanical Team in Tucson, AZ. The candidate will provide innovative design solutions for packaging antennas, RF Circuit Card Assemblies, radomes, and RF test equipment. Responsibilities include leading multidiscipline teams, providing technical oversight, and working with customer personnel to validate hardware compliance. This onsite role requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. U.S. citizenship is required. What You Will Do Lead small team technical development Contribute to common and mature RF product development Serve as a technical resource to the organization Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor's degree in STEM Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in RF product packaging design and analysis U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance Qualifications We Prefer Master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering Experience serving as a Responsible Engineering Authority (REA), Control Account Manager (CAM), and/or Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) Supplier management for RF products Experience with Creo Simulate or ANSYS Workbench Written and verbal communication skills What We Offer Raytheon offers relocation based on candidate eligibility and a competitive salary.
