To find out more, visit Attollo Defense.OBJECTIVETo provide Information Analysis Center (IAC) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) related Scientific and Technical Information (STI) deliverables by performing Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) and other Research and Development (R&D) related analytical services in achieving the mission requirements of the Requiring Activity (RA) defined herein for the NAVAIR Program Executive Office, Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons (PEO (U&W)) P.SUMMARYThe Computer Security Systems Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the security of connected and cloud capabilities used by users, while also maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information up to and including SECRET. You will plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems, and networks. Identify security risks and implement solutions to mitigate those risks, research and recommend new security technologies, and design and implement security solutions for new and existing systems. They also monitor security systems and respond to security incidents.RESPONSIBILITIESPlanning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems, and networks.Troubleshooting security and network problems.Responding to all system and/or network security breaches.Developing and implementing secure network solutions.Carrying out assessments and penetration testing.Managing audit/intrusion and security technology systems.Architecting and engineering/developing trusted systems into secure systems.REQUIREMENTSHave an active Security Clearance.Possess expertise in computer security, including network security, data encryption, and access controlStrong understanding of OPSEC principles and practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 3+ years of related experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related fieldADDITIONAL NOTESAttollo has reviewed this job description to ensure that essential functions and basic duties have been included.
