In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to scheduling meetings, paying invoices, overseeing office staff, and maintaining office equipment. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures. Responsibilities Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings update and maintain office procedures Maintain office equipment in good working order Pay and record invoices Work in QuickBooks Hire staff when needed Qualifications High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills
