Job Description Overseeing daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved. Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and trades to maintain schedules and uphold quality standards. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining comprehensive reports. Collaborating with project managers, architects, and clients to promptly address and resolve any issues. Fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence on the job site. The Successful Applicant Over 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects from start to finish. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Extensive experience with interior construction projects. Expertise in reading, interpreting, and updating construction drawings. Proficiency in PlanGrid, Raken, and Bluebeam is highly preferred. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards. Ability to cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment.
