Position Description: The Solutions Manager role is focused on providing technical solutions leadership and management for the delivery and implementation of facility management processes and solutions. Position Qualifications: Possess strong written communications skills and be detail oriented. Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe cloud. Minimum of 10+ years experience in professional services, construction, maintenance, and operations contracts. A bachelors degree or relevant experience, preferably in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical or MEP Construction Management. Masters degree in technical / facility management related field preferred. Must possess a valid drivers license. Communicate complex issues effectively in written format & oral presentation to clients. Must be able to function as part of a high-performance team. Strong working knowledge of facilities operations and building systems. Ability to work collaboratively in mobile work environment. Software proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint). Ability to recognize, troubleshoot, document, and optimize facilities processes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and interpret financial data relating to facilities. Has a good understanding of the critical facility environment, including hospitals, airports, and data centers. Work with technical and management subject matter experts to prepare technical solutions, documentation, and management in accordance with company guidelines and philosophies. Develop technical solutions relating to facility management and support the documentation of systems and solutions. Act as team leader, coordinating, directing, and developing other members of the process staff. Determine processes based on knowledge, experience, and correspondence with design/engineering firms. Read and understand plans and specifications for major/complex projects. Researches and collects input from multiple internal and external resources. Understanding of multiple project types and analysis of past and future program performance with the ability to understand assumptions, risks, and opportunities. Utilize the full capabilities of software packages to improve production, quality, accuracy, and deliverables. Understanding of relationships to the ongoing success of Hensel Phelps.
