Job TitlePhilips Capital Structured Finance SR Manager Job Description Philips Capital Structured Finance Sr Manager - Cambridge, MA or Nashville, TN. As our company transitions to become a leading healthcare solutions organization, the Philips Capital Structured Finance Sr Mngr will play a key role in developing, driving, and managing cross-market, repeatable financial solutions that support growth across our business. Your role: Proactively develop and manage cross-market financing programs, building and maintaining relationships with key financing partners, including commercial banks, finance companies, private credit insurers, private equity firms, and multilateral finance institutions. Lead the identification of financing structures and collaborate with the North American market to apply them effectively. Own the end-to-end financing process for large projects, including sourcing potential solutions. Assess, structure, and negotiate new deals, leading due diligence processes and working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution from Order Intake (OIT) to revenue and cash realization. Strategically develop innovative financing solutions that minimize the use of company balance sheets while meeting both market and customer requirements in a dynamic business environment. Drive incremental opportunities, collaborating closely with account managers and other internal teams to identify and secure new deals, ensuring coordinated efforts and avoiding overlapping across various business units. You're the right fit if: You've acquired 8+ years of experience in customer financing , with a strong background in healthcare financing , leasing entities , or captive finance . A proven track record of managing lease management and structured finance programs , including the ability to develop and drive new financial solutions while building strong relationships with financial institutions and partners. Your skills include expertise in financial modeling and analysis (e.g., NPV/IRR), coupled with a solid understanding of financing products (loans, leasing, sale of receivables), and their related accounting and operational requirements. Strong analytical skills, significant due diligence experience, and a deep understanding of financial contracts. Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in culturally diverse, virtual teams. You possess strong negotiation and presentation abilities at the executive level. You have a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, engineering or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in the state of MA is $150,528 to $258,048. The pay range for this position in the state of TN is $134,400 to $230,400. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
