As the StaffNurse, you will apply your dynamic abilities by: Assistingwith the coordination and supervision of quality nursing care services forassigned residents that reflect the facility's philosophyPromotingthe individual independence of residents servedAssuringthat resident or family concerns and complaints are handledPromotinga positive work environment The ideal candidate willpossess the following: Currentlicense as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in IndianaAbilityto read, write, and make simple mathematical calculationsExperiencein long-term care or public health nursing, or equivalent experience in ahospital, retirement community, or nursing facility preferredAbilityto remain stationary 50-100%; position self to exert 10-30lbs of force or tomove objects
