Sr. Project Manager - Workforce Operations & Business Planning Greenwood Village (hybrid onsite) Long Term Contract Within the Service Experience Agency organization, the Financial Operations and Business Planning team is at the forefront of optimizing our workforce operations and financial strategies. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager for a Chief of Staff type role to help gather data, work across leaders, aggregate and summarize, and monitor deadlines and progress of deliverables needed for the leadership team. There may be financial elements in some of the data gathering or analyses, but it could also be staffing metrics, staff detail management, process management tasks, etc. Role Overview: As a Project Manager within the Financial Operations and Business Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects that drive workforce planning and financial operations. You will collaborate with a team of financial, data, and project management experts to deliver insights and solutions. Your expertise in project management, finance, and data analysis will be essential in leveraging our tools and experience to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to workforce operations financial planning, and data analysis. Develop detailed project plans, reporting calendars, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope and budget. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and other key stakeholders. Business/Financial Operations: Support the development and implementation of strategic business plans. Analyze financial data and workforce metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Data Analysis: Utilize Excel and Power Automate to analyze data, create reports, and automate workflows. Ensure data integrity and leverage insights to drive decision-making. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within financial operations or business planning. Experience with workforce planning and analytics is highly desirable. Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation. Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Solid understanding of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
