The Opportunity The Member Acquisition Manager will be a key part of CyberEdBoard's engagement and distribution team. This role will be responsible for membership recruitment, adding to our existing network of 1,500 of senior level information security and risk practitioners throughout the globe. Responsibilities also include development of a strong and diverse membership community, member satisfaction, and member retention. Responsibilities Recruit new members while retaining existing members. Identify, develop, and promote programs and initiatives to attract and retain members. Developing marketing campaign plans for target audiences, informed by analysis, for key initiatives. Conduct a variety of outreach activities to attract, recruit and retain new members to achieve designated membership growth targets. Initiate annual reviews with members to ensure CyberEdBoard provides customized value. Deliver high level customer service and elevated member experience through communication by call, email, or other means to set expectations and build meaningful relationships. Ensure all membership applications are processed in a timely manner and with utmost confidentiality. Work with the full Membership, Marketing, and Communications team (MMC) to establish annual goals and metrics to evaluate membership community engagement. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher in PR, Communication, Marketing, or other related areas. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in membership or community management/development. Experience working with CISOs or other C-Level executives. Must possess a strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry and technology (B2B experience is preferred). Prior experience within events. Meticulous attention to detail & strong organization skills. Strong understanding of Excel, Projects, PowerPoint. Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey creation. Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic start-up environment with an outstanding ability to multitask and tackle tight deadlines.
