OCG Telecom - 1550 Magnolia Drive, Ste J, Cincinnati, Ohio 45215 Administrative Assistant - Job Description Full or Part Time - Position - 20 Hours Per week Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sales administration, invoicing, or purchasing role that requires meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Minimum Two Year College or Equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks and other computer skills necessary for daily tasks Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, sales representatives, and internal staff Clean background check is required Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines Must have reliable transportation for commuting; + Residence in HubZone HUBZone Map () Responsibilities Utilize Microsoft Excel and Quick Books to perform daily tasks and maintain accurate records Responsible for researching online sales opportunities, creating quotes, processing sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to phone calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise Collaborate closely with the sales team, vendors, wholesalers, and management to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company sales goals Take diligent notes and maintain organized documentation to support efficient operations Perform the duties of Deputy Program Manager of NASA SEWP V Contract - Training will be provided Benefits Salary Commensurate with Experience and Education
