ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Neurology are expanding and seeking a B/E or B/C neurologist to join their growing neuroscience program in an outpatient only position. The successful candidate will provide care at the ECU Healthplex located in Wilson, North Carolina and at the nearby ECU Health Multispecialty Clinic located in Tarboro, North Carolina. The close proximity of the two locations and outpatient only clinical responsibilities, combine, to offer an excellent work-life balance. New graduates and visa candidates are welcome to apply. The successful candidate will join the ECU Health Neuroscience multidisciplinary team, providing high quality neuroscience care in locations across eastern North Carolina. Highlights include:• Employment by ECU Health Physicians - Community Practice Model• Opportunity available due to programmatic expansion• Growing 9-hospital physician led healthcare system• Outpatient only, Monday - Friday schedule• Ability to provide neurology services within the largest multispecialty clinics in Wilson and Tarboro• Support from an established clinical neuroscience team of 10 neurosurgeons, including dual-trained cerebrovascular specialists and 20 + neurologists including an interventional neurologist, 4 vascular neurologists, 4 neurointensivists and 13 subspecialty neurologists in Greenville, NC.• ECU Health Edgecombe Hospital in Tarboro is certified as a Primary Stroke Center with telestroke support• Close affiliation with ECU Health Neurology-Greenville• Strong referral support from primary care providers located within the two clinic locations• System-wide EHR - EPIC• Ability to live in Raleigh, Wilson, Tarboro or Greenville, NC• Competitive compensation and benefits to include: final year resident/fellow stipend, annual stipend, relocation assistance, vacation, sick, and holidays, malpractice (with tail), 401k, 457b, medical, dental, and vision, disability, and life insurance In addition to a competitive compensation and benefits plan, qualified applicants may also be eligible for loan repayment, sign-on bonus, income guarantees, and residency/fellowship paid commitment stipends.
