Job Description:Our client, a leading manufacturer within the automobile industry is looking for an experienced Control Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be working with high efficiency teams in the development and production of high profile components.. If you're passionate about troubleshooting and enhancing maintenance skills, we'd love to hear from you.What will your average day look like Troubleshoot a variety of mechanical and electrical devices, including PLCs, HMIs, variable speed motors, drives, and temperature controls.Collaborate on the design of electrical control systems for new and existing equipment, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and process control standards.Supervise and assist maintenance teams in installing and troubleshooting electrical control systems to meet regulatory standards.Manage maintenance equipment programs, including electrical test equipment and software.Maintain electronic records of facility equipment programs and oversee the ordering of replacement electrical components.Evaluate new electronic technologies for potential integration into production processes to improve efficiency and reduce municate effectively with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the that all process meet with Safety guidelines.RequirementsMinimum of an associate's degree in electrical engineering. Bachelor's Degree highly desirableFive years of experience in electronics, controls, electrical design, and troubleshooting.Proficiency in PLC ladder logic, preferably with Allen-Bradley systems.Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.Knowledge or experience in industrial hydraulics, electricity up to 480v, and machinery.Good eye and hand coordination, meeting vision requirements.Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications, including tow motor license.Willingness to travel up to 10%
