Job Description: - Ensure that the prescreen is completed and attached prior to submission.- Attach a resume and verify the license upon submission.- References required (three).- Conduct a county criminal search (7 years for all locations lived and worked).- Conduct a federal criminal search (7 years or more).- Conduct a multi-state criminal search (7 years or more).- Conduct a nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more).- Perform an HHS/OIG Search.- Perform a GSA Search.- Conduct a social security number trace.- Complete a 2-step PPD or Quantiferon test or provide proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray.- Conduct an SAM Search.- Complete a Washington State background check with fingerprints (run by facility). This position has normal urgency. Bilingual capability and holiday coverage are not required.
