Responsibilities of the Litigation Legal Assistant: Assist in drafting and filing legal documents while maintaining accurate records of case files, documents, and correspondence. Effectively manage attorneys' schedules to ensure smooth coordination of appointments. Conduct legal research to support active cases and aid in the discovery process. Provide essential administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Requirements for Litigation Legal Assistant: At least 1 year of experience in litigation or supporting personal injury cases. Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, e-filing systems, and relevant legal software. Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in challenging situations.
