Director of Sales:Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Solar Sales to lead and expand our sales efforts. This role requires a creative, engaging leader with a strong background in solar sales, data management, and creative problem solving.The Director will oversee all sales and manage large datasets to optimize sales processes and outcomes. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of solar sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve sales targets.Manage team to KPIs and objectivesOversee inside sales activities, including phone calls, virtual meetings, and lead handling to drive business growth.Develop and implement strategies for handling and converting leads, ensuring optimal lead distribution and follow-up.Analyze and manage large sets of sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.Develop innovative sales strategies, engage with team members, and address challenges in a timely and effective manner.Work closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to align sales initiatives with company goals.Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary.Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to optimize sales efforts and financial planningTrack daily, weekly, monthly results and trends and communicate effectively to leadershipHold weekly meetings with members to track KPIs and ensure performance standards are tracking to required levels.Maintains a thorough and current knowledge of solar market conditions, rebate and tax incentives, and electric utility rate schedulesEnsures Sales Consultants are trained, motivated, and empowered to successfully meet sales standards, including self generation sales, referral sales, and company opportunity sales Qualifications5+ years of solar sales experience, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and managing sales operations.Strong understanding of inside sales techniques, lead generation, and sales data management.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and engage a diverse team.Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet or exceed sales targets.Proven leadership abilities with a passion for developing and empowering sales teams.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Adaptability to changing markets and sales environments.Experience in building and managing virtual and phone-based sales teams.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization ComputerSkills: Proficient with computers and the following but not limited to applications and platforms; Microsoft Word, Excel, & GoogleSuiteGeneral Comments:**Direct Hire Position at Solar Energy company in Sanford, FL (Onsite Only)**Open to paying for relocation to Sanford Florida- Needs to have strong sells experience (Over the phone Inside and outside sales)- Must have minimum of 4+ years experience in solar sales (non- negotiable)- Organized, driven, and good at leading teams, good at building relationships.- Data driven individual- Leading all sales
