Must Have Skills :- Field service cloud exp. Azure and devops exp. Coordination with client Onsite and Offshore coordination Driving the test work flow Develop test practice Managing incumbent vendor. Required skills: - 10 + years of Testing experience in Salesforce area to work independently and validate the QA process of forms for the Salesforce Field Service area. Develop Test artefacts like Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Metrics, Test Summary Reports, etc. and get sign-off from client / projects. Show regular improvement in the engagement in terms of quality, velocity and value-adds. Forecast the future requirements & Scaling of the Team accordingly. Ensure to take care of technical reviews of all artifacts from LTIMindtree and also ensure that the review comments from customer reduces over a period of time. Ensure that the team adheres to all internal process / customer process as per the need of the project. KPI Metrics - defect management, defect severity metrics, Test progress, etc. Understand the test Data flow and Data mapping between applications, interfaces and 3rd party systems. Develop Test Data requirements, templates and capture data for applications testing Involve in peer reviews of test cases, scenarios and provide review comments Bring in Test Optimization techniques to help support shorter cycle times while test coverage is maintained. Document lessons learnt and best practices and ensure implementation of these in your projects and share with teams. Define a testing solution that is economical, with clear understanding of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and ROI (Return on Investment). Effective & Timely Customer Management on Status Reporting, Resolving Issues, Identifying and proactively acting on Risks.
