Must have a bachelor's with 4+ years of experience or a master's with 1+ years of experience. Job Description Primary Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico Corporate Business Analyst: Works directly with sales and leadership teams to identify market, sales, and financial trend analysis to identify threats and opportunities for the business and provide scalable solutions for implementation. Ability to comprehend, organize, analyze, and process information related to the needs of the Red Bull organization. Understands the challenges and opportunities of the organization and provides solutions to senior management including market and financial trend analysis. Partners with various teams and managers to apply standards and enforce project deadlines. Identifies key information including any communication gaps to ensure all supplier standards are being met. Manages all pricing and discounting in the VIP database and interact with brand management to assure accuracy and timeliness of all promotions, pricing, and incentives. Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial projections, new business planning, trended future requirements, government requirements, and operating forecasts. Clear understanding of business objectives and goals focusing on profitability and team success. Priorities work and meeting productivity goals set by senior leadership. Provides feedback to senior leadership with recommendations both in written and presentation form. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; works directly with management teams to provide resolutions. Provides feedback to team members effectively, prioritizes communication to both management and team members. Makes well-informed decisions based on clear understanding of business objectives. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and changes in business quickly; identifies any additional resources and allocates accordingly. Accurately identify stakeholders in decision-making process and communicate effectively. Prioritizes and plans work activities including time management, and allocation of additional resources; Sets realistic goals and objectives, provides management with progress updates. Takes initiative to meet goals and objectives; follows direction and can interpret needs of the business. Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to confidentially deal with sensitive employee relations matters at all levels of the organization.
