The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, supporting, and innovating our sales teams around service our customers, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. This role involves implementing and complementing our strategic sales plans, mentoring the sales team, building relationships with key customers, working closely with marketing and all departments, identifying new business opportunities, and being a major team player in our organization. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Leadership:· Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute innovative, results-driven sales strategies to exceed revenue targets, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and growth objectives.· New Business Development: Identify and pursue high-impact new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships to expand the customer base and drive sustainable revenue growth.· Innovative Thinking: Continuously contribute creative and thoughtful ideas to improve market penetration, product positioning, and competitive strategy in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.Team Leadership and Development:· Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Foster a high-performance culture by coaching, motivating, and guiding the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring accountability and personal growth.· Recruitment and Retention: Attract, hire, and retain top-tier sales talent to build a winning team, ensuring employee engagement and long-term success through strong leadership, recognition programs, and a positive working environment.· Sales Training and Professional Development: Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and development programs to keep the team equipped with up-to-date skills and knowledge, enabling them to excel in an increasingly competitive environment.Sales Operations and Performance Monitoring:· Pipeline Management and Forecasting: Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting, and monitoring key sales metrics to drive team performance and identify areas for improvement.· Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Track and analyze sales performance metrics regularly, adjusting strategies and tactics to ensure continuous improvement and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.· Sales Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights to influence strategic decisions.Client and Stakeholder Engagement:· Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish and maintain authentic, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business.· Lead High-Value Negotiations: Personally lead negotiations and close deals with high-value clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.· Customer Feedback and Insights: Actively gather and integrate client feedback into sales strategies, using insights to adjust offerings and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Cross-Functional Leadership:· Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams: Work closely with product development, marketing, and support teams to align sales efforts with product launches, marketing campaigns, and broader company goals, ensuring consistent messaging and strategy.· Sales and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive alignment between sales initiatives and marketing strategies, optimizing the conversion of leads into customers.Technology Integration and Innovation:· Leverage CRM and AI Tools: Utilize cutting-edge CRM systems, data analytics, and AI-driven tools to streamline sales processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and optimize lead management and customer engagement efforts.· Adopt New Technologies: Stay ahead of technology trends, continuously seeking and adopting new tools and platforms that can provide a competitive edge in sales effectiveness and productivity.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience managing sales teams in UC, AV Integration, technology, VAR, cloud services, managed services.Proven success as a Sales Manager, with a successful track record of exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation -depth understanding of sales performance metrics, sales compensation strategies, and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multi-task effectively.Preferred Qualifications:Deep experience selling within our product and service offeringsStrong existing customer relationships with enterprise accounts
