Overview The Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining Marketing's internal initiatives and project timelines across business channels, service/product launches, promotional and PR events. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will work closely with independently owned and operated franchised locations and is responsible for updating and maintaining marketing asset tools that are approved to be used by the franchise network. This role will ensure Marketing is delivering assets on-time to various stakeholders and track the success of those deliverables for future rollouts. Essential Functions: Manage multiple projects through the Marketing department at any given time. Ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets that meet business and brand requirements. Implement and maintain timelines and documentation for all projects Ensure cross-functional rollouts of new projects, alpha/beta tests, and service launches are reviewed and received by the Marketing department with all requirements and risks documented Responsible for maintaining all print timelines and manage deadlines within internal departments and print vendor Support the internal PR team to ensure on-time delivery of requirements and assets for events including digital marketing assets, printed materials, shipping of products, and coordinating with vendors Responsible for auditing print vendor's website, check functionalities, manage assets for replenishment and be the day-to-day point of contact for the print vendor account Manage all aspects of point of purchase kits to include but not limited to maintain budget, update clinic database, process invoices, process corporate inquiries, maintain schedules, develop timelines, and coordinate with internal teams (i.e. creative, regional marketing, promotions, operations, etc.) Regularly manage multiple large spreadsheets (intermediate Excel skills required), lookup tables and reference documents to create print request documents Manage a field/creative platform for custom print and digital asset requests Liaison of recruitment assets between Employee Brand Team and print vendor Support brand integrity of marketing collateral Coordinate with local approved media agencies on monthly reports as needed Education, Experience and Skills Required: Bachelor's degree required in Marketing/Advertising/Management Minimum 3 years' experience in Marketing Experience in Marketing Project Management Experience in inventory fulfillment/replenishment a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective time management skills / self-starter Confident in building relationships internally and externally Willing to travel 5% of the time Massage Envy Franchise LLC Benefits This is a Hybrid position.
