We have an exciting opportunity for a Avionics System & Integration Engineer to join our team with JETS II teammate company, Intuitive Machines. Responsibilities: The Avionics System and Integration Engineer will be managing the SE activities the Communication Low Orbit Project (Comm LEO) Support engineering flight project schedule, procurement documentation, budget and system requirements documents Develop and support sub-project requirement and verification data packages to support architecture requirements, design, verification/validation, operations, and sustaining engineering Conduct product life cycle reviews, coordinate integration, verification and validation activities Work with requirements to align with hardware specifications while understanding the verifications Perform system engineering functions of projects and provide user input feedback during the design process Work with ground testing and flight operations testing of hardware with end item documentation Review verification and validation reports to verify compliance with requirements Participate and contribute to system requirements reviews, preliminary design reviews and critical design reviews Perform and review system level architecture trade studies and analyses that will influence the overall electrical design and performance Participate in test, verification, and operation of the as-built hardware Work with team members and leads to identify risks, develop risk statements, and plan risk responses Work and present schedule and progress to customers Must have good communication and organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment"‹ Perform other duties as required
