For our plant in Winston-Salem (USA), that employs +230 employees, we are currently looking for an (m/f/x) HR Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at building a positive workplace culture and has a passion for training and Health & Safety Responsibilities You will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for BekaertDeslee US. You will champion our Employee Experience processes by fostering a positive workplace environment, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts and promoting employee engagement. You will be a change agent for the Lean Transformation at BDUS. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent. You will be responsible for managing the performance management system that drives high performance, provide guidance on career development and support succession planning initiatives. You will manage compensation and benefits program and its improvements to ensure they stay competitive and compliant with industry trends. You will identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management and stay updated with changes in legislation affecting HR practices You will be responsible for overseeing Training and Health and Safety management. You will develop, implement and update HR policies and procedures to reflect the company's philosophy and ensure consistency across the plant. You will utilize HR metrics and data analytics to inform decision-making and continuously improve HR processes. You will lead, engage and develop a team of 4 HR professionals to ensure efficient and effective HR support You will report to Director Human Resources and Continuous Improvement North America Qualifications +5 years Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive. In-depth knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices. BS/MS degree in Human Resources or a related field. Deep knowledge of HR systems and databases. Required languages: English and Spanish as a plus Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
