The successful candidate's salary will be calculated based on education and experience within the grade range. This position is eligible for full-time fringe benefits package including: - College-paid health insurance premiums for single, employee/spouse, employee/children or family plans - College-paid employee dental premiums - College paid life insurance and long-term disability insurance - Competitive rates for vision plans and dependent dental - Up to 9.5% matching on 403(b) retirement plan - BestCare EAP - Flex spending plans - Generous leave package Campus Norfolk, NE General Description Reporting to the Vice President of Administrative Services and General Counsel, develops and monitors the College's annual operating and restricted fund budget process and conducts analyses to provide accurate, timely, and useful information and projections to the President's Cabinet and other Administrators; serves as budget advisor on policies and procedures promulgated by the Board of Governors, President, and College Standing Committees; provides required data to various state departments and divisions. Assists vice presidents, deans and department heads with planning and projecting revenues and expenses and produces budget reports that allow departments to manage and analyze their budgets utilizing both short-term and long-term projection models. Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree or extensive commensurate experience in higher level organizational finance and budgeting, preferably in higher ed. Qualification:Experience Over one year up to and including three years. Qualification:Skills Work requires contacts with management personnel and decisions regarding implementation of policies. Contact may involve support of controversial positions or the negotiation of sensitive issues or important presentations or coming to a common understanding or satisfactory solution by collaboration, compromise, or developing suitable alternatives.
