CADC or LCADC required. Responsibilities include: ï‚· Providing group and individual counseling in our day and/or evening outpatient programs. ï‚· Performing timely medical records documentation ï‚· Working as a part of our Treatment Planning Team ï‚· Facilitates intake assessments ï‚· Provide direct case management services to actively enrolled clients. Requirements: ï‚· Minimum of 2 years substance abuse experience ï‚· Experience with Co-occurring population ï‚· Must possess a CADC or LCADC *Experience with NJSAMS a plus.
