YOUR DAY AS A WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR As a Full Time Warranty Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in developing the process and managing warranty claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve warranty-related issues. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve warranty-related issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate and current records of warranty claims and resolutions. Code labor operations and submit claims to manufacturer. WOULD YOU BE A GREAT WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR? To excel in the role, candidates must possess a strong foundation in automotive retail warranty management with knowledge of warranty policies and procedures.
