Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Bayport, Minnesota and some days remote. Work Environment In total, the AP team is 20+ people strong, divided into three teams: invoice processing, pcard/T&E, and reimbursements. This opening is under the reimbursements supervisor. The team consists of 5 FTEs and one contractor. This role involves handling payment runs and assisting with transactions that come through in the shared inbox, which includes payment questions. The environment is high volume, managing $10M in transactions a day. Depending on the skillset, the supervisor may pivot responsibilities to align with strengths. A typical day includes logging in, working the inbox for an hour, conducting payment runs from 8am-noon, and spending the rest of the day in the shared inbox resolving invoice issues. The role involves frequent interaction with internal partners to resolve issues. Work schedule: Two to three days in the office, with the remaining days working from home.
