FTE 1 Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours 80 Work Shift Day: 8 hours Job Description Job Responsibilities: JAMF Pro Management: Acts as the primary administrator for the JAMF Pro suite, ensuring optimal performance and security of the organization's fleet of Apple devices. System Deployment and Integration: Leads IT projects focused on the design, deployment, and integration of new IT systems and services, particularly enhancing the Apple device ecosystem. Software and Hardware Support: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, update, and repair of end-user hardware and software, specifically targeting Apple devices like Mac Laptops, iPhones, and iPads. Technical Assistance and User Support: Provides guidance for the Apple product roadmap and expert technical support for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware with a strong focus on Apple products used in an enterprise environment. End-User Account Management: Manages end-user accounts efficiently, with an emphasis on Apple ecosystem integration. Documentation and Training: Develops and maintains comprehensive IT documentation and provides training to staff on Apple device management and JAMF Pro functionalities. Collaborative Problem Resolution: Works across the IS Division to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, particularly those related to Apple devices and JAMF Pro-managed systems. On-Call and Maintenance: Participates in a 24x7 on-call rotation and performs maintenance tasks as required to ensure the reliability and security of IT infrastructure. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Associates Degree required. Bachelor Degree in Information System preferred At least 5 years in a technical delivery role supporting Apple products and services. Expertise with developing and directing Apple products and services roadmap Direct customer service and support experience at all levels within the organization including Executive and Senior Management License/Certification/Registration Requirements Jamf Pro Associate Certification (Required) Apple Certified Portable Technician (ACPT) (Required) Jamf Protect Associate Certification (Optional) Ages of Patients Served N/A Salary Range: $43.51 - $65.27 USD Hourly The Physical Requirements and Working Conditions of this job are available.
