POSITIONAL OVERVIEW As the Senior Manager of FP&A, reporting to the Sr Director of FP&A, you will be responsible for assisting and managing aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for our business. Your expertise and insights will be crucial in providing accurate and timely financial information to both the ClearChoice leadership team and our parent-co TAG leadership team, enabling them to make well-informed business decisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation of both internal and external management reporting that succinctly highlights key business drivers and upcoming risks and opportunities Prepares monthly performance review materials. Serving as a thought leader as we develop the story' around monthly and quarterly performance for internal and external management teams Creates annual budgets, interim period forecasting and other financial modeling requests Helps deliver clear communication of top-down company goals and works with field finance team to build supporting materials for bottom-up clinic level budgets Supports corporate department leaders. Accountability for driving financial results at the corporate department level, delivering performance against budget, and providing thought-leadership in assessing ROI of upcoming strategic initiatives Collaborates cross-functionally to drive key company initiatives Manage and produce insightful ad hoc analysis KEY COMPETENCIES Management & Collaboration Ability to drive and advance Company's culture by creating strong morale and spirit in his/her team; fosters open dialogue; creates a feeling of belonging in the team Coaching and developing team. Strategic Mindset Ability to translate inputs ( financial statements and KPIs , market conditions, emerging business trends, and internal resource allocation) Exhibits strong planning and management skills required to implement actions and objectives Brings a problem-solving mindset to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities in effort to advance business performance Considers opposing ideas when formulating recommendations to improve outcomes EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA a plus 8+ years experience within Finance with Financial Planning & Analysis experience a plus Strong knowledge within dentistry, healthcare and/or multi-site retail Financial modeling skills with solid income statement, balance sheet and cash flow knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills If you are an applicant residing in California, please view our privacy policy here: Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 + bonus opportunity.
