Part Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Integrity Home Care + Hospice has partnered with BAYADA Home Health Care, a leading, national nonprofit provider, to help more people live at home with comfort, independence, and dignity. We are recruiting for a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to perform home health visits in between the Joplin and Monett areas. This is a part time position. Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients who are experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. Develop a treatment plan based on the evaluation, physician's orders, and recommended goals. Continually assess and revise the speech therapy care plan, and participate with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary care plan, as appropriate. Educate and instruct patients, family members, or other patient representatives, in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety, and independent living. What you should have: Active and current SLP license One year of clinical experience preferred Previous home health care experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you!
