Google Review 4.4, Facebook Review 4.8 Driver (Supporter)The Driver/Supporter is responsible for transporting clients/Technicians or handling deliveries in a timely manner, ensuring the safe and accurate execution of planned driving scenarios. The Driver/Supporter will assist in scheduling test equipment rentals, route planning, setting up test environments, including the calibration of GPS systems and handling different types of trailers. The Driver/Supporters must have communication skills and, strong interpersonal skills to work with customers effectively. The testing scope includes Field test, lab test, and so on. This position may involve working nights and weekends to finish the assigned tasks. Essential Functions: Use navigation tools to select the most efficient route. Plan ahead for potential traffic, construction, and weather-related delays. Assist in scheduling test equipment rentals Maintain professional interactions with clients at all times. Ensure the vehicle is consistently fueled and ready for operation. Report any issues with the vehicle or testing during the driving process. Arrange for vehicle repairs as necessary. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required for preparing test reports. Execute driving scenarios as directed by the technician or test engineering team. Comply with all motor vehicle laws and insurance policies. Drive test vehicles in both the U.S. and Canada. Business trips: Approximate testing area distribution is MI: 27%, other U.S. states: 63%, Canada: 10%. Test Scenarios: Collecting various sensor data while maneuvering test vehicle in various testing scenarios Collecting parking sensor data in different environments (floor type, parking line type, color, etc.) Collecting driving data in multiple major cities in the U.S. and Canada with various road conditions; curb, vehicle, stopper, pillar, etc. Front Camera SVM Camera (Vision Fail Safe) ADAS Vision Processing PCA-R Data Etc. Requirements: Associate's Degree or 2 years of equivalent experience. Proven experience as a driver. A valid driver's license. A clean driving record.
