DEALER FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ADVISOR We are looking for a Dealer Financial Performance Advisor who will report to the Finance Team Lead, North America and who'll be tasked with all aspects of monitoring the performance of the BRP dealer network. As part of your role, you'll be designing and utilizing reporting, trackers, and systems, to review metrics such as credit line utilization, audit results, inventory levels, financial performance and operating trends to proactively identify risks and coordinate the appropriate mitigation efforts. This includes building relationships with dealership management and acting as a liaison between them and various internal and external stakeholders. You'll be at the forefront of summarizing and reporting on dealer financial performance at BRP. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Collaborate with multiple internal and external partners (Dealer Development department, Credit Department, Order to Delivery Department and Floorplan financing partner) to assess actual and future needs of credit lines and floorplan capacity. Act as a point of contact both internally and externally for requests and questions related to the dealer financial health Participate actively in the onboarding process of new dealers by being the point of contact for credit line evaluations and floor plan assistance. Work directly with dealership personnel to address issues and provide insight. Review reports and trackers, as well as pull ad-hoc information to monitor dealership financial performance and operating trends to proactively identify risks and coordinate the appropriate mitigation efforts. Develop strategies and establish appropriate action plans based on dealer financial health, inventory level, and seasonal/market fluctuations to support the Field Sales team's business development efforts with dealers. Implement and document rigorous processes and controls to ensure compliance as well as provide proactive visibility for BRP management. YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: Required: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field is required 5 plus years of experience in credit or risk analysis managing a portfolio of accounts or relevant experience with floorplanning, asset based lending, retail lending, commercial lending or with an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Commercial automotive or powersports industry experience with a deep knowledge of floorplan financing Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills including the ability to influence internal stakeholders and communicate directly with dealers while cultivating relationships Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities Preferred: PowerBI experience Do you have other qualifications?
