Key Responsibilities Patient Evaluation & Treatment Assess patients' physical limitations and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain. Implement customized therapies using exercises, manual techniques, and other modalities to restore function. Patient Education & Support Educate patients and families about physical therapy's benefits, providing support throughout the recovery process. Collaboration Partner with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive, coordinated approach to care. Documentation Maintain accurate patient records and communicate progress with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
