We are excited to add an Sales Learning & Development Coordinator to our sales training team! The position will pay between $56,000 - $63,000k base based on previous relevant experience, educational credentials, and location. POSITION SUMMARY: Provide administrative support to sales trainers to include creating and maintaining class schedules, participant registration, classroom setup, preparation of instructional materials, maintenance of registration database and other training records, and report preparation. Maintain adequate inventory of training supplies at all times. Assist with a variety of projects necessary to ensure the continuous improvement of the training operations and curriculum. Serve as the main point of contact for guidance on all learning/training systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate training program logistics on a daily basis to ensure appropriate and timely communication and distribution of materials and assignments Make adjustments in scheduling trainers and/or program delivery, as needed, to accommodate guest speakers or other unforeseen changes Set up and maintain training facilities and equipment needed for sales training sessions Coordinate the delivery of training courses via meetings, webinars, company training modules/software programs, and other technology (e.g. WebEx, etc.) Act as the main point of contact for the sales team, and assist users with utilization of all training modules/software programs, and external portals Generate reports using the company LMS center Maintain accurate training records of all required/completed training for all registrants and attendees Identify and recommend needed process improvements EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: HS Diploma or GED Specialized skill training; certification may be required 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility Prefer experience with Cornerstone for or another LMS SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: Ability to manage time and workload effectively; organized, flexible, and able to multi-task while maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Articulate Studio Ability to interact with both internal and external customers at all levels, with a focus on customer service and confidentiality Ability to prioritize and respond with a sense of urgency to all inquiries and requests Excellent project management and problem solving skills WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work is typically performed in a normal office environment. Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
