Title : SVTC Engineer Location : Tampa, FL or Colorado Springs, CO Clearance : TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph Responsibilities : Provide maintenance and advanced SVTC support for customers on a global scale Provide multiple services in the areas of Unified Communications and Collaboration to include VTC, VoIP, IM, presence, and A/V streaming with PBX support within the enterprise Prioritize workload and the ability to resolve break/fix and requests Perform iOS and software upgrades Troubleshoot Unified Communications and Collaboration issues to include identifying and correcting issues with endpoints, bandwidth saturation, profiles, and misconfigurations then perform root cause analyses Perform patching and ensure compliance with network security policies/procedures Utilize proactive monitoring tools to identify potential outages and creating/reporting notifications according to standard operating procedures Use CUCM, CUBE/VCS, MCU, CMS, TMS, Vbrick Rev, IMC and other tools to provide support Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of 3 years of related experience, an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree Experience working in a DoD or IC environment Knowledge of VTC equipment such as TMS, CODEC, MCU and CMS Experience with IM systems like Cisco Jabber, Webex, MS Teams and Presence Services Knowledge of A/V streaming to include set top box, Vbrick Rev, and Cisco IMC Ability to provide system/equipment/specialized training, and support engineering with projects Experience performing patching and ensure compliance with network security policies/procedures Ability to assist in the development of the training, local guides, and SOPs as they pertain to the UC environment Familiarity with VTC service and support to include scheduling, monitoring, and technical assistance to customers Comprehensive knowledge of network topology; along with networked hardware and software tools listed above Solid understanding of dialing protocols to include H.323, E.164 and SIP DoD 8570 IAT II required; completion of the CUCM course a must TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
